We have two standard light cutouts that allow for 2 different light changes After purchase
1) the cutout and holes for the Cree light and the rigid light are the same, so cree hitch bars can accept Rigid lights.
2) the cutout holes for the Blackout lights and the Rough Country lights are the same, so the blackout Hitch Bars can accept rough country lights.
Yes, we do have the ability to sell an uncut Hitch Bar, Please contract us via email. Uncut bars are special order due to our manufacturing process including a light cutout.
we will have to pull one out of production before the cutting process.
Due to the fact most manufacturers don’t require tight tolerances on the cosmetics of the hitches. You may find the end of your hitch extending out past the hitch plates may not be the same size, have rough or uneven or unsquared cuts. While we try to balance out the hitch‘s asymmetry, you may find a small gap between the hitch end and the bar. This is a manufacturing inconsistency in the hitch, not the bars.

All BMC Products are built to order making returns and resale of returned items difficult
BMC will at its discretion , allow up to 30 days from purchase to return unopened, NON installed products that are still available to be returned for credit. Prior designs or products that are no longer available will not be accepted as returnable.
Item approved for return may have a 20% return fee applied since some costs are not recoverable thru a return alone.
